We offer a longer guidance process with personal support. If necessary, we can visit you in your home environment, during your training or at competitions and tournaments. You're never alone in the process — you have a reliable team at your side.

We consider any personal circumstances that could affect your scholarship application — and this can happen well before the usual recruiting procedure.

High Performance Program

If needed, our high-performance program is available. We work with highly respected coaches and tennis academies and can create individually customized training blocks to raise your athletic level. These programs aim to take your athletic skills to the next level — physically, technically, mentally and tactically.

Our team of coaches, physiotherapists, nutritionists and mental coaches supports you along the way.

Here are typical components of our high-performance tennis training program:

Technique training

The focus should be on the refinement of the striking techniques in order not to be limited in the tactical implementation in the competition. In combination, attention is also paid to the technique of footwork.

Tactics training & Game simulation

This includes a wide variety of moves and patterns for the real competition situation. Such drills help to improve strategies and tactical decision-making. In additional match training, the implementation is completed with serve and return. Furthermore, training and game plans are created to make tactical adjustments during a match. In addition, of course, a balanced tournament planning is included.

Competition

Players take part in tournaments and competitions in order to be able to exhaust their performance, gain experience and improve their own classification.

Match and video analysis

The evaluation of games and match recordings helps players and coaches to identify weaknesses and develop strategies for improvement. The recording of training sessions and games allows players to review and refine their technique.

Mental training

Players work on mental skills such as concentration, determination, stress management and visualization in order to be able to act more promisingly on the court.

Athletic training

This includes all specific training methods to increase general fitness such as strength, endurance, speed, agility and coordination, which are particularly important in tennis.

Players receive basic information on injury prevention and rehabilitation.

Nutrition and regeneration

The control of a proper diet and adequate recovery is crucial for the performance of a player. This may include special nutrition plans and unusual regeneration measures.

Through partnerships with internationally known tennis clubs in Germany, Spain, the USA and elsewhere, we have access to a worldwide network of training opportunities. These partnerships allow us to offer our athletes first-class training opportunities all year round.

Organization of college visits

We support you in the planning and organization of individual college visits. This allows you to gain a personal impression of the universities and their athletic facilities on site, regardless of usual "official visits" as part of the recruiting procedure of the universities. Our help also extends to the planning of your training and stay in the USA.

Spend a school year in the USA.

You can choose between two complete packages. There is a choice between attending a renowned private school, which offers a timetable specially designed for athletes with main subjects and opens corresponding time windows for training sessions before and after classes.

Alternatively, there is the possibility here in the USA to take an online school program, which opens up flexible training opportunities for older athletes in the high school phase throughout the day and, of course, offers an excellent planning basis for any tournament visits.

In this combination, we also offer the possibility of accommodation in apartments specially designed for players with supervision and planning for UTR tournaments.

This option can take place well in the run-up to the actual recruiting process and increases the chance of a later college scholarship.

There is also the possibility of a US high-school degree at schools focused on competitive sports — schools we already work with successfully and which shuttle players between training, school and accommodation.
